How long are packages valid for?: All packages are valid for six months from the date of purchase. However, we recommend making use of a regular session routine to ensure that you receive the full, long-lasting benefits of massage therapy.
Do the packages include call-out sessions?: No, You will need to visit us at one of our locations.
Can I transfer one or more of my package hours to a friend?: Yes, Bodycraft packages can be shared between friends and family members.
Can I get a refund?: No, refunds cannot be requested once a package has been purchased.
How far in advance do I have to book?: We kindly request that you book at least 48 hours in advance. This will help you secure a session when it suits you best.
